Traditional Egg Roll Press Used to remove the moisture from blanched vegetables to create egg roll filling. The blanched vegetables are first placed in the hardwood basket & supplied wood blocks are placed on top. The handle is placed in the ratchet at the top of the shaft and pressure is applied to squeeze the water out through the slats. Crushed capacity 400 lbs.
